Get your gizmo checked, sport- it ain't working properly. You're pretty loose with being a critic, but you've yet to offer much in the way of affirmative posts. Good luck coming up with something positive.

Ed Rendell on MSNBC:" (paraphrased) Boosting Gun Control is the good thing about the Sandy Hook Tragedy." . Gee, if such a thing had been said on FOXNEWS, it would have made world headlines.

If you could read, I said I don't have to have a survivalist attitude to carry a gun...Typical neo con tactic to spin and turn it to fit your own agenda.

I would be a strict vegetarian before I would eat a Bambi...Fertile soil and farming would ensure my survival, no?

I've already told you, honey: start with the "A"s.

Which red state - starting with the letter "A" does not require photo ID to vote?

Now there are 26 letters but not all have states...

You are full of cr@p.
There is no restriction that would bar you in posting a picture of yourself in uniform here.
Now I understand you might be nervous about marching in a Gay Pride demonstration (even now) and you'd prefer to stay in civilian clothes for that, but you lie about UCMJ violations or there would be about one million people in the brig for violating that 'policy'.
Happy to see you post that article here.
PS: not interested in #134...
Topixis considered a political forum and therefore banned from access on DOD computers. Having said that: DOD directive 1344.10 "POLITICAL ACTIVITIES BY MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES ON ACTIVE DUTY" includes all active duty personnel not mentioned in article 88 under the restrictions of that article.
----------

Article 88

“Any commissioned officer who uses contemptuous words against the President, the Vice President, Congress, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of a military department, the Secretary of Transportation, or the Governor or legislature of any State, Territory, Commonwealth, or possession in which he is on duty or present shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.”

http://usmilitary.about.com/od/punitivearticl ...
----------

"DOD Directive 1344.10 - POLITICAL ACTIVITIES BY MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES ON ACTIVE DUTY, extend these same requirements to all individuals on active duty...."

http://usmilitary.about.com/cs/militarylaw1/a ...
----------

Article 92 of the UCMJ, Failure to Obey an Order or Regulation.

Enlisted personnel who violate the restrictions of Article 88 can be charged under Article 92.

Now then, this is the last time I will reply to your vulgar and juvenile posts.

Got it- YOU can use the word to try and make a point but no one is allowed to use the same word to attempt to clear it up for you. Must be a bitch for someone to explain "electricity" to you if you ask about it. "Fertile soil and farming"? LOL- I was RAISED on a farm, sport- you don't strike me as the farming type. What are you going to eat for the 6-8 weeks it'll take your veggies to produce? How will you know which land to claim? Where you gonna get the seed stock? The slips? When do you plant what? You're hilarious, stick to something you know something about, like being a critic.

You are nuts. A lot of red states do not require photo id to vote. You need to tell me one state that Obama won, that required photo id to vote, so much easier than playing games.

There was, I believe, two- don't ask me which ones. That juvenile POS will play his silly word games on you for a day and a half. FOXNEWS covered this shortly after the election. Actually it might be appropriate to call him a jackass, both for his displayed personality and his party affiliation.

He's shown himself for almost 52,000 times now. The fact is that Obama did not win a state with a voter photo id requirement in place for the 2012 election. There are states that have adopted that requirement, that Obama won, but the photo restriction will not go go in place until 2013 or later.

Then I was misinformed, thank you for clearing that up. And he's still a jackass (with apologies to hard-working animals everywhere).

Like most of your lunacy, this is just another chapter...

I think I'm resourceful enough to plan ahead for my crops and anything else I would need...

I could add to the veggie plates and live near water...That would mean I could fish as well...Still no need for Bambi.

You do realize this scenario isn't real, correct? I know playing mountain man excites you, but rest assured, I will never have to resort to such a burden in my lifetime, I'm all set, sport...

You just keep cramming that diseased bacteria filled deer carcass down your gullet and stick to reporting the lunacy of the Faux news fair and balanced bullshit...

Fkn hilarious.

Romney won a good bit of the lower educated states...Be proud. I thought most of them would be to fkn dumb to work the booth.

Obama - 332 electoral votes.
The votes came came from areas with a higher concentration of educated voters.

Obama wins re-election.

Tell me what evidence you have of voter fraud on Obamas side that would add up to the majority of the popular vote...Did America conspire against Romney? Yes. Most of America voted against him.

Accept it.

Move on.

You don't spell well enough to be a commissioned officer, honey.

Happy to see a case of any commissioned officer who has been convicted for use of contemptuous words against the POTUS, though.

It's a big change today after yesterday's combustible atmosphere and you're feeling more relaxed and understanding. You're even prepared to forgive someone for what you thought yesterday was a heinous crime, and ready to give them a second chance. However, let's hope that this person deserves your goodwill and is grateful to receive it.
