The police were called to my townhome from an argument I was having with my wife. She said I threw an empty pill bottle at her, which I did not. I was arrested, obtained a lawyer, & was offered probation in which I refused because I am not guilty. The victim IE my wife who has a previous problem with mental instability, & who was put in 2 different hospitals for attempted suicide, came forward to retract the allegations. She also has a chemical inbalance and was supposed to be taking meds and has not. They refuse even upon her own statement to withdraw charges against me. They wont even consider her history with her mental problems. If I remember correctly, if someone made false allegations, admitted to it, shouldn't whatever the other was accused with be dropped? Not in this case, they are still charging me, & GOING TO CHARGE HER FOR MAKING A FALSE REPORT!!! HOWS THAT HAPPEN???? If she's being charged with a false report, I have no prior history of violence what so ever, my charges should be dropped.
