I served time in county jail with Randy Davis a year ago. He would often spend time just playing cards from the time he woke up to the time he went to bed. He would sometimes talk about how he wouldn't be convicted, and would talk to everyone like he was going to be a free man in months. Everyone else knew otherwise, though, and shook their heads in private, hardly able to believe that he thought he would be released.

I applaude you Judge Novak! To point out to Randy that he did not lose his wife.... I sat in the court room biting my lip to not scream at him that you didn't lose your wife, you shot your wife! You murdered her in cold blood, in a calculated premeditated action that day....and you are trying to blame her family for having in some way to have been responsible for your actions.. You are a very sick man a poor excuse for a human being!
And contrary to your opinion Randy Davis I do respect our country and our young men, including your son who have and are fighting for freedom. However, freedom does not extend to those who murder! I am sorry you feel that you are being mistreated. I believe in our justice system and believe you are right where you belong.... As I see it the system did give you a break when they allowed you to plead to 2nd degree murder. So as I see it you should see yourself as lucky. You could have been convicted of 1st degree murder... Maybe or system does have its small faults, you should have been sentanced to life!!!
Maybe tonight you should take time to say "God Bless America"
In other countries you would have been excecuted for waht you did!

Im letting you people know. Randy Davis is my Uncle. He has no right to be in prison. He was not provin' guilty. Dont you dare go shooting off your fucking loud mouths about him. Its hard not being able to see your uncle....EVER. He should not be put to death. Put yourself in my shoes and the rest of my family. And how hard it was to loose Michele and Randy. Exactly, you dont know. So keep your nasty comments to yourself when you dont know shit about it.
