All this time and money being spent on some thing so stupid. This is all about one decision made by the judges. how about all the other decisions they make every year about murderers, child abusers, embezzelers and many, many more.
all the money being spent by Vander Plaats and his cronies could be better spent for the unemployed and starving people of our state. he and his followers are so STUPID!!!!!!!!!!

Do you mean like the Heemstra murder trial where their decision effectively set him free? How about the smoking ban not applying to casinos? Does that seem fair? Or what about allowing victim mental health records to be admissable in court? Ya, that's a great one too! I think that there are multiple valid reasons to NOT retain these "justices".

Wouldn't want that pesky old constitution to get in the way of a good lynching, would we?

Yessir, which part of the constitution are you referencing and in regards to which ruling? Lynching? Nah, we're just excercising our right to remove them.

Dan Moore states 'the justices are under attack from out of state special interest groups.'

Interesting enough it was a law firm from New York that brought this whole gay marriage issue to a vote...can you say out of state.

Whether it is a special interest group from out of state addressing the issue or an Iowan,
it all comes down to the citizen's of Iowa's right to vote on Tuesday.

I will vote no...no...no
