the dog must have been thinking what have Idone to deserve this .A 3 day suspension for this act is a slap on the wrist.This is as bad as dog fighting and should be treated as such especily from one who should know better.Iwonder what he will do with his 3 days off .probibly go out and look for a new puppy

Cops are never punished, if anything cops should recieve more severe punishment than the rest of us. They're supposed to enforce it and are trusted to do so, not break it.
