when i was in and ran into yo-yo officers,i scrached my head figuering out how they got their rank--a truely fine officer explaned it to me---if a jerk was in an outfit and co wanted to get rid of him it was a military standard to not degrade an officer---so he was promoted to get rid of him to another outfit-not aware of the foul ball he was--i believe this to be the senerao of that creep at the houston base
