Get over yourself....it's an animal not a person. No one gives a darn. You animal lovers would commit murder to save some soulless animal. There are people in this world far worse off than tony. Why don't you take up their cause & help them?Does 'Tony' have any constitutional rights?
I don't care about the rights of Michael Sandlin, I care about animals and their welfare.

I'd vote for one who had a web site where you could actually interact with your representative.I'm tired of getting e-mails with their voting news or opinions with no way for a citizen to reply or be heard.Try having the office personell actually answer the phone or giving the voters a way to register their opinions with the rep..

the thing to do is write out the questions and situations and demands, give 30 days to reply or your affadavit is a truth, make the stipulation that if entity will not perform the task of representation required by contract as obligated then no further payments are due payable and past payments for the non representative action are due returned with interest compounding daily at a 18 percent per year basis till all is paid in full, no further bils shall be responded to recripically till all debt is paid in full

COSTELLO: I want to talk about the unemployment rate in America .
ABBOTT: Good Subject. Terrible Times. It's 7.8%.
COSTELLO: That many people are out of work?
ABBOTT: No, that's 14.7%
COSTELLO: You just said 7.8%.
ABBOTT: 7.8% Unemployed.
COSTELLO: Right 7.8% out of work.
ABBOTT: No, that's 14.7%.
COSTELLO: Okay, so it's 14.7% unemployed.
ABBOTT: No, that's 7.8%.
COSTELLO: WAIT A MINUTE. Is it 7.8% or 14.7%?
ABBOTT: 7.8% are unemployed. 14.7% are out of work.
COSTELLO: If you are out of work you are unemployed.
ABBOTT: No, Congress said you can't count the "Out of Work" as the unemployed. You have to look for work to be unemployed.
COSTELLO: BUT THEY ARE OUT OF WORK!!!
ABBOTT: No, you miss his point.
COSTELLO: What point?
ABBOTT: Someone who doesn't look for work can't be counted with those who look for work. It wouldn't be fair.
COSTELLO: To whom?
ABBOTT: The unemployed.
COSTELLO: But ALL of them are out of work.
ABBOTT: No, the unemployed are actively looking for work. Those who are out of work gave up looking and if you give up, you are no longer in the ranks of the unemployed.
COSTELLO: So if you're off the unemployment rolls that would count as less unemployment?
ABBOTT: Unemployment would go down. Absolutely!
COSTELLO: Wait, I got a question for you. That means there are two ways to bring down the unemployment number?
ABBOTT: Two ways is correct.
COSTELLO: Unemployment can go down if someone gets a job?
COSTELLO: And unemployment can also go down if you stop looking for a job?
COSTELLO: So there are two ways to bring unemployment down, and the easier of the two is to have people stop looking for work.
ABBOTT: Now you're thinking like an Economist.
COSTELLO: I don't even know what the hell I just said!
ABBOTT: Now you're thinking like Congress.

I'd like my representative to tell me about the 6,000 new gov. regulations that have been implemented in the last 90 days. That would be doing their jobs.Just e-mail me like they do every week with worthless stuff and actually inform us .

Because the 1% will not create good jobs w/benefits; too worried about bringing in low wage "legal" immigrants now and "legal" educated immigrants, we need to tax them and:
Hire more teachers
Hire more police
Hire more firefighters
and put construction workers to work on our infrastructure, instead of IRAQ's.
These people will create more jobs. Before you know it, we will be back on track. If we don't, more people will fall into poverty.
That is what we need from Congress. If they cannot do this, bring them home. We don't need anymore people on taxpayer welfare!!!

"ENOUGH is ENOUGH LOUISIANA it's DEFINITELY time to TAKE BACK our STATE from all the THUG LIFERS, CRAZY CHECKERS, CRACKHEADS, CRACKORES, DRUG DEALERS, STREET HUSTLERS, STICK UP GUYS, AFRICAN QUEENS and the MOTHER of all this MADNESS-the "ENTITLEMENTERS"!
If you are HAPPY with the "STATUS QUO" in LOUISIANA Please VOTE for one of my CAREER POLITICIAN OPPONENTS-DAVID VITTER, MITCH LANDRIEU, JAY DARDENNE or JACK STRAIN-because they'll make sure that nothing "CHANGES" in the STATE of LOUISIANA!
Under their LEADERSHIP LOUISIANA Leads the U.S. in all the WRONG WAYS!

This may be true, but this is not the way to present it.
You also need to make sure you are blaming the right politicians. Though I totally agree about career politicians, and support term limits, at least one of those your mentioned has an outstanding record. As far as Landrieu is concerned, are you referring to the mayor of New Orleans, or the Senator? The Senator is female, and has more negative influence State and Nationwide than her brother.
Try using State and Federal Agency Statistics to make your points. They carry more weight. As I said, its not that your points are invalid, they are not. However, if your goal is to have those on the fence, see the light, presenting statistical facts will convince more than ranting.
