Last week, Shelton Mayor Mark A. Lauretti said prior notification would have gotten people out of the flood zone sooner. But Tuesday he said it's unfair to second guess what happened.
Translation: since the incident is past there's no need to be critical of me not doing my job properly (authorizing the use of the 911 system).
