Would not use again. Pro: he delivered all the goods. Con: He is a terrible communicator. Takes days to answer calls. Doesn't keep you updated on progress. He got nasty when we weren't at the deliver address because he failed to call us as promised. He is full of excuses and broken promises to return calls. Suggestion: find a mover who communicates.

He lies, cheats, and steals!!! Drive my household to florida in a trailer that leaked during rain storms and everything arrived water damaged. A very valuable framed piece with four big entertainer autographs was damaged. He agreed to take it to a frame shop to have repaired. Then refuse to return my calls for a year. He stole the piece. Run far and fast from this guy. He will rip you off while smiling at you

Brooks Reed (BRR) changed the load several times. He signed one contract and then delayed until we lowered the price. What he does not tell you is that we picked up his items in Fl and brought them to NY exactly like we promised. No breakage nothing missing. He them changed the delivery address and said he would pay extra since it was to Grand Island instead of Buffalo. We delivered and were going to charge him $20.00 to cover increased distance and tolls. Since we trusted him and did not have a deposit and had already placed everything into his home and garage he then gave us what he thought was fair $10 extra over the reduced tariff charges. He was not MAN enough to even tell me he was slamming us on the internet. He is an interesting gentleman.

A few months ago I would of agreed with you Marcia Big Al drove my stuff down to Fl. Everything arrived in perfect conditon all 58 boxes,plus.He even showed up the day he said he would The only thing is he didn't call and lucky for me I had seen his truck in my community as I was leaving and turned around. oh I also helped him unload that whole truck with my belongings so he didn't have to pay someone to help him, he would of never been able to do it alone. He had at the time quoted me a price for car transport in the fall.
I had quit my job thinking he was going to bring my car down Sept.1st Had called him in August. So from August till Oct. the guy jerked me around with all his excuses. I put up with him because I liked him I sort of in a strange way understood his dry humor. When he was rude I just took into consideration the guy was having a bad day which we all do. My last conversation with him was were getting closer your on the next truck. Conversation before that was he started crying on the phone telling me that he doesn't need my business He doesn't need this aggravation he doesn't need to work, his house is pd for he could buy a place in Fl like mine (WOW) now I'm thinking this guy is not right. Then he continued he would like to read his paper in the morning not at eight oclock at night then he asked me where I was @ 4 in the morning while he was on the thruway because some guy flipped over his car cause he decided to go out drinking that night.I don't dare wirte what his vocabulary was like but this guy is a volunteer fireman and I will not mention the co. due to respect and I know a few guys there how embarrassing for them.Now I have encountered alot of wako people in my life but this one topped it. I just listened with my mouth hanging opened and he eventually hung up on me. I did call back apologizing imagine me apologizing that I didn't have any intention of making him upset he told me to call and I did.Well i spoke with his poor wife who sounded so frail she said Allen would call me tomorrow he's reading the paper he never called the next day no call few days went by and he still hadn't called. It's ok Al I found a depenable co that took my car down a whole month later than I had planned. You cost me money my plane fare was more expensive and I missed deadlines down south where prices went up sept 1 lisense, registration I guess I was the idiot that waited so long to make my move but I really trusted this guy I wanted him to take my car with my whole lives belongings in it. Hey big AL I don't think Scott Millers comment was a scam to discredit you he was just telling the truth something you shoud try. I hope your life is going alot better for you I am so sorry for whatever was going on with you at the time. I'm not one to bash but I hope people do read this and consider skipping right over ever calling you that way you can retire read your paper, buy a place in Fl and not be so tired when you have to go out on a call because some one made a poor choice. You went to Fl alone. You kept changing your leave date due to work related issues. I don't and did not need your work. We are furniture company and only take cars wen we have sufficient room. You were told that and we did not "promise" you any date for travel because we give priority to furniture not cars. By taking specific words out of context you give miss leading thoughts. My wile is not "frail" and in much better health than you will ever be in until you stop smoking and improve your mental health.
