Suspended NFL quarterback Michael Vick’s dogfighting operation is now at the center of yet another investigation.
Police are taking a closer look at a possible connection to another dogfighting ring, whose owner was murdered.
The murder happened back in April in North Carolina. Roy "Bud" Melton was found shot to death execution-style on his property, which police say was the site of another dog fighting operation that has ties to Michael Vick’s "Bad Newz Kennels".
Police found that 33 pit bulls and dog fighting equipment were reportedly removed from his property, along with documents linking Melton’s operation to Vick’s. Those documents list dog names that are consistent with Bad Newz Kennels.
Police are clear to say they don't know who killed Melton or why, but need to investigate every lead.
Court documents also show that Vick and his partners bought and fought dogs in North Carolina, although no specific locations are mentioned. They say there is other evidence linking the two operations, but can't discuss it at this time.

Now the family of Roy Thomas "Bud" Melton are giving a $10,000 reward for "justice" in the murder????? As far as I am concerned, justice has been served. His 30 pit bulls found on the property with his dead body, all had to be killed because he was a sadistic, drug dealing thug just live Ookie and his crew.

They all deserve to burn in hell, and their families are guilty for lying and covering up for them.

Thugs deserve to die, and the families that were leeching off of their money shouldn't be surprised by their thug deaths.

I agree that the dogs should of never been put through that.I have said from the beging that what was going on was right,however my brother did not deserve what happened to him!!!!!Every day of my life i wonder is this going to be the day i get a phone call that someone or more have been brought to JUSTICE??God Bless My Brother May He Rest In Peace.My life is like burning in HELL.I pray everyday that God will give me some sort of inter peace and for the people that done this to have to answer for the evil,heartless,souless human beings that they are!!!May God have mercy on there soul's.....
