Employers in the state can now lawfully fire workers who test positive for the marijuana, even if it was used off duty, according to a court ruling Thursday.
As long as employees don't come to work high why the drug tests. The only people that are caught are usually pot smokers. Suspicionless drug testing is a sure sign of a nosy and abusive employer!!
