One would think that an Italian restaurant in North Denver would proudly make their own sauce and/or pasta. Imagine how shocked I was to find that Gemelli's actually purchases everything pre-made from a distributor that supplies cafeterias, etc. around town. They don't make their own sauce, their own pasta, etc.! I give this Parisi's copycat less than 6 months.

Please verify your information before passing your judgment. My father-in-law is co-owner of Gemelli's and this couldn't be further from the truth. There are two very talented chefs at Gemelli's. You only have to eat there once to know this for yourself.

Parisi's copycat? Have you ever been to either one of these restaurants? If by copycat you mean they both have excellent food, I agree.
