Overpriced and poor management. I was charged $99 for 5 minutes diagnostic time and another $197 for a 10 minute repair. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I had the same problem wiith them. In fact, I had asked them to put my name in their computer that if I ever called them again, there would be a reminder to me that I was not satisfied with their service.

They came out to service my a/c unit and left a piece of it off intentionally so they would have to called out again for service.

I called Midlands Air and they are the company that asked who had been out to service the a/c since the piece that was left off caused the unit not to run.

Midlands Air fixed the problem and did not charge anything.

Sorry to hear that I wasn't the only victim; but I hope our reviews will help inform others of what they may face when dealing with this company.

They have always done a great job for me.
They inspect/service my A.C/Heating unit twice a year for a relatively inexpensive annual charge. Always take good care of things.
They actually saved me several thousand dollars replacing my A.C. unit a couple of years ago.
I highly recommend them.
