Please use this thread to vent. Cuz I really need to right now!

I do not work for the University of South Carolina, but I have significant contact w/ many different individuals there in order to do my job (which helps them, actually). Anyway, I just have to say that I have never encountered more rude, uncooperative, arrogant, unprofessional people working for the same organization in my life. Oh, did I say rude? And horrible attitudes - what's with that? Do they take some oath upon their employment to be the biggest, stinkiest a-hole douchebags imaginable every day??!!

Sorry you have had bad experiences with them. I also have a lot of contact with them and honestly haven't had any bad encounters.Maybe you and I are in contact with different departments.

I would like to say that I believe the post office employees are the absolute WORST,WORST,WORST in the whole country. They are overpaid and overstupid! Rude idiots!! RUDE is not even close to harsh enough for those idiots.

Having the pleasure to deal with the public daily I have found that those in the town on Lex. that have or pretend to have money are beyond rude and arrogant. I take great joy in pizzing them off by treating them just like real people.

Ok so here it goes. I have two people that seek me out everytime they have a beef with a return in customer service. This would be fine if they didn't want to beat me up everytime they see me. Got to love some of these customers. And yes I know what it is like to have someone tell you that you can't return something. It happens to all of us. I am just doing what I am told.

I thought Wal-Mart took EVERYTHING back. I have heard of people that returned things bought elswhere to W-M because it was easier.
