To keep such children safe, DYFS has to remove them on short no tice. There is no time to buy lug gage, and children often have to carry their belongings in a plastic garbage bag.

I think it's totally ridiculous that dyfs workers know which children are neglected or abused by how they bring thier clothes out of thier homes when they are removed. To associate abuse and or neglect with plastic bags is just plain stupid. That's like saying the rich never abuse or neglect thier children just because thier children own luggage. How stupid is that really? And if your kids don't have ipods, stereo systems, labtops and wii than -that means you abuse or neglect them?I grew up in a large family and we went on many vacations and I know that if I were removed from my parents home when I was a kid they would send me out with a plastic bag and they have money I'm so sick of dyfs charging innocent moms and dads with abuse when real abuse that has been reported in homes with real poverty are overseen because the parents are felt sorry for.Dyfs takes kids from parents with enough money to support their kids that want to make a difference with there children not by buying them.Dyfs conjers up stories about good parents because they are jealous they cannot spend time with thier own children because they are too busy removing children from homes of parents where there typically is a stay at home Mom and than they make a big production about it in court where they perjur themselves by totally blowing everything out of proportion over the course of many months waisting tax payer dollars the whole time and than eventually give the kids back all for what absolutely nothing except for themselves how does the lack of time away from parents help amyone it's only beneficial to the courts, the psychologist that must evaluate the parents, the public defenders office, the catholic charities supervision of visits and the dyfs workers that all benefit from just one case. One typical two hour visit with catholic charities supervision is atleast $150 and who pays them dyfs.Dyfs is useless a majority of the allegations are made up by the father so that they no longer have to pay child support and that they can regain all the custody of the children and these allegations must be stopped and the idea that anonymous calls can support an allegation of abuse and allow dyfs just to comeover anyones house unannounced is beyond ridiculous if any one calls dyfs on someone they suspect abuse than it should be allowed to be disclosed to the person the complaint is against and if you suspect a child is being abused and you feel so strongly enough about this that you call dyfs than you should stand up for this child and give your name. How can the thought of an annonymous call is acceptable in making an allegation of abuse against someone in the first place-
