Did anyone attend the funeral for Troy Mitchell, locksmith who was killed on a service call? If so, please tell us about the service.

From what I have read about him in the Jackson Sun, he was a great man.

I am a friend of his wife...
I attended the service, was in the procession
and attended graveside services at the families home. The pictures on your newspaper website and the news story on your local tv station website tell most of the story...it was a very patriotic event, with a lot of deserved praise for Troy...
but I will add this....there were SO many people on the side of the road, for the procession...flags, people waving, saluting, hands over hearts..it was very very moving...I noticed how wonderful it was that your community turned out to support the family.
