[Terrible Management]

Terrible Customer service, lacking in experience and one of the most rude managers I have ever met. Don't be treated like I was, take your vehicle somewhere else and get good customer service, experience and a sound piece of mind that your vehicle is properly being taken care of. You won't get it here.

I'd just go to Firestone or Goodyear as they can do anything Kwick Kar can do but quicker and with better customer service. Better yet find an independent mechanic through research and word of mouth and stick with them. They need your business and are usually more than willing to make sure you are satisfied.
