Kudos to the Mimbres Region Arts Council and Silver City for putting on this 3 day free concert series this coming weekend. What started out as a group gathering in Caballo, NM has turned out to be a great festival venue for Silver. Starting in 2008, 2009, 2011, this will be its 4th year in Silver City and how it has evolved. Many headliners, workshops offered, street dance, vendors and more. I especially liked the advertisement insert in the paper last week. Very much like the Pulse from Las Cruces, only that it totally promotes the music festival. Good promotion and super advertising. Just one more event going on in Silver.
