So the state hires an escrow company of their choosing to go over all the accounts and they cannot spend the time to read the documents where the address is posted or call the court house, property tax or use the phone book.Why did they not travel to Deming and get this information? When I got my paper work from them they asked if I agreed on the amount which was the same amount as the other company. They were chomping at the bit to take over my accounts.What would they have done if I would have said it was not right? They held my original documents hostage for months and months and then they tried to get me to use their company. The poor way this was handled should be reason enough for a class action law suit and the people who had their names published with out their knowledge have every right to be up set.

It would be one thing if these three perps were otherwise nice folks who got caught up in an 'accounting error'. But I can ASSURE you all first hand how rotten they treated some descent newcomers 9 years back. And news of their skull-duggery is no surprise to a good ole' Bellcrank. Never doubt me. Ever.
