The Annie E. Casey Foundation's 2012 KIDS COUNTA Data Book shows that New Mexico made a few gains in children's health status, but the state has a long way to go in improving the economic, education, and community-related well-being of its children.

And too busy dealing with frivolous lawsuits from self-important people who piss and moan about stuff then just quit and walk away when they get bored.

I am always amazed when so-called citizens claim our constitutional and fundamental rights are frivolous. I strongly disagree, the Courts strongly disagree, and all but the most ignorant strongly disagree.(Oh, and the NMML strongly disagreed which is why I got paid.)

I've neither quit nor walked away nor gotten bored. I am, however, taking a victory lap visiting historic civil rights sights to honor those who have previously stood up.

So much for your claims of "frivolous." The Court of Appeals in a PUBLISHED OPINION (which means it is case law) reversed the trial court's decision today AND I WON!!!

Future IPRA lawsuits will now cite to Toomey vs. City of Truth or Consequences.

Just so you know, frivolous is defined as "having no sound basis in fact or law." The Court of Appeal not only found in favor of my arguments, but stated that "the City's brief in this case is bereft of any argument on the relevant issues, leaving us without a coherent understanding of its position on appeal. For example, the City's brief fails to discuss IPRA, its fails to provide any legal analysis and it fails to provide supporting authority for many of its positions."

In other words, the City was frivolous. Not me you ignorant flunky.

Not only have I not quit (as you will soon see with the next group of lawsuits since the City has NOT learned any lessons), but it is my determination and unwillingness to be bullied into submission or silence that has allowed me to WIN, WIN, WIN.

You continue to show you are nothing more than an ignorant flunky. And lest we forget...a coward to boot.

...and by a stunning coincidence, New Mexico ranks 1st in the nation for believing stats like this one. In a parallel study, an amazing 100% of the social workers who conducted the other poll believe that children belong to the State and that Parents have absoluteluy NOTHING to do with their childrens' well-being.

Please cite to the parallel study. Would love to read and examine their credentials.

There are two cheap ways to vastly improve the performance of children in health, education and community well being.

First, route the diesel traffic out of the downtown where people are trying to breathe. The 2007 Transportation Plan of the South Central Rural Transit District stated the goal to route the diesel traffic to the Morgan street "Spaceport Gateway" freeway exit, thereby protecting the citizens from the health damage of diabetes, heart damage, lung damage and reproductive system cancers. They blew that one off.

Second, remove all the corrupt public officials who have threatened to murder the citizens and masterminded strong arm tactics in a last ditch effort to intimidate. Their rancor and ire is in the public record, it's certainly not difficult to figure out who violates the citizens' civil rights.

Actually, in the footsteps of Dan Rather I was using a bit of Anchorman's artistic liberty; as it were.

This is what I know, Deb. The beginnings of this had nothing to do with New Mexico. It all began when they started PAYING women to have kids without any father being around the home in Detroit in the 1970s. Not by design, but by obvious result: If the biological father had paper ties to the home where his kid lived, the women lost her gub'ment money for that child. It cascaded downhill from there. Child support won't chase Indian fathers onto reservations, either because of 'sovereignty' issues as well.(Ask me....boy, don't I know)

Clinton put a work requirement on wellfare and it had a remakably positive effect on family cohesion for minority families as well as employment stats for mothers.

...Sadly, two weeks ago the Kenyan deemed 'bedrest' and 'watching Jerry Springer' acceptable forms of 'work' to receive wellfare payments now. I wish I were kidding.

I wish you were kidding, too. Unfortunately, you actually believe this stupid crap. Your comments point to nothing more than racism. Pathetic fool.

Please note that Bellcrank has posted an image of the certifiably insane William "D-Fens" Foster character portrayed by Michael Douglas in the 1993 movie, Falling Down. No harm in that, is there?

In a previous post Bellcrank admitted, that like the Foster character, he too lost custody of his child in a messy divorce that cost him more than $10,000. Coincidence, or does Bellcrank also have a restraining order against him filed by his ex-wife too?

Bellcrank has suggested that the new Police Chief of Anthony, NM adopt a policy of intentionally murdering and then hiding the bodies of suspected criminals of Mexican ancestry. Does he really consider this to be acceptable public policy?

It sounds as if this guy might have WAY TOO MANY similarities to William Foster to be ignored. I just hope he doesn't have any loaded shotguns lying around with him in his mother's basement.LOL.

Just sayin'...

Okay, Deb and Brad are 3 weeks slower than me; for which I'll forgive them since I was even ahead of the political ads.

By now the rest of you have verified my news that back on 7/12, Barry Soetoro changed the mandatory 'Work Requirement' for well-fare recipients to include sweaty drudgery such as sitting on the couch and 'bed-rest' to be suitable 'work' to receive their gub'-ment check.

*(don't know who Barry Soetoro is? do a wiki-search)
