A few questions: First of all, if school officials knowing and then informing the public that the Intermediate School is and has been in such bad shape for many, many years, and that the upper level has not been used there for many years, then why did school officials not add the addition of a new sixth grade to the construction of Red Mountain School when it was built? That would have made more sense than to pass another bond now.

Secondly, when DHS was remodeled back when, the bond that was passed back then called for additions to be added between Hofacket and DHS. Why were those plans not carried out?

Just say NO again, no matter where I have lived this has been a scam, that they hide in other tax issues,if it isnít schools itís infrastructures, and I have seen these schools, their not in bad shape, people need to see some of the schools back east that are a 150 years old,and their still standing and still functional! I would really like to see who is really behind this, what politician owes a favor to who? Our schools are in great shape, wanna down size the class size, make the government of Mexico be responsible for educating their children not us! And people read very closely the way they have this bond issue written when you vote on it, Luna county has itís own way of writing things when it comes to voting that I have noticed

Has anybody figured this out? If no new taxes if passed, then lowering our tax if not passed. Vote no

Moore is "technically" correct in responding to the question "Will our taxes increase?" She responded "No". I believe the real question people were trying to ask is: "Will we need to repay the bond?" The answer is "Yes". It's a sin of omission and she should be fired for it. The other thing in the school bond issue is the land. That land was purchased AFTER the bond issue was being voted on in early election. Bayne Anderson should be removed for that little ploy.
