Fabulous and ground-breaking work there 'English Bird'. Can I call you 'English Bird'? I ask just in case you're NOT on an acid/mushroom trip today and realize what an idiotic thing I've just uttered at you, and you decide to sue me for it.
Your first name obiousely comes from your Mastery of English grammar.
Like: "More recycling is an economic development proposal. It's more jobs and it makes sure the mills in our country have the recycling materials."
What I most like about you is how you send out S.W.A.T team 1 to inculcate businesses who have better things to do than listen to you. Then you send in S.W.A.T team 2 to decide if anything might be recyclable at all. Now that's EFFICIENCY. Heck, that's almost GOVERNMENT EFFICIENCY.
If there were profit to be made off trash, businesses would make it - with or without a New Mexico Government employee telling them to do so. Corporations are people too, Ms. Bird. Ooo. I just wrankled your panties didn't I?(they're made of hemp, right?)
