First of all congratulations to the Peru Mill Industrial Park-Wild West Team nominees for their outstanding public service on their award and recognition for all their hard work, vision planning, land acquisition, reclamation, clean up and site preparation to the Peru Mill area of the more than 1,320 acres for revitalization. Outstanding!!! So now that we are on a roll how about directing some vision, planning, cleanup and revitalization efforts towards our downtown area. Lets start by enforcing code violations to clean up all the weeds and make our city look more cleaner, attractive and appealing to tourists, visitors and locals. A little more attention to our downtown can go a long way. Sorry didn't want to rain on your party but no one seems to get it.

...what's with you and weeds? Honestly, now. Who assults their brethren with non-sequiters about 'weeds'?

Fine then. I want to have a mural painted to place on a wall in the downtown area. I want it to have weeds of all kinds painted on it. Unsightly? Nope. Art , yes. No allergies and I would show home town pride. LOL

Can any one tell me why the City would purchase the mill site, knowing the water is tainted in the mill area? Industrial? Who was the owner related too at the city and who owed who a favor. relitive or friends politician? Is this the next whip site? This whole thing is very fishy.'' green flats'' kinda like the green mile.
