NM lawmaker Mary Jane Garcia accused of improper campaign spending

A complaint has been filed with the New Mexico Secretary of State's Office alleging that Sen.

This parasite on Southern New Mexico and New
Mexico legislative matters has always been a
part of a totally corrupt Dumb as c-r-a-p machine.

She has always been suspect with her pandering
and pay for play routines while doing nothing
but restricting our freedoms and screwing things
up.

It has been my understanding that as Americans we are innocent untill proven guilty. I also strongly suspect that the gentelman filing the complaint does not actully have all or any facts just suspicions. I would imagine that Sen. Garcia has receipts for any expenses, since she has been serving the people of New Mexico for quite some time. If I were a gambler I would also wonder why did this happen just before elections??? I guess Mr. Cotter is resorting to unethical smear tactics like most politicians do now days, that are power hungry and promoting their own agendas not addressing the peoples needs.

Really who was convicted by a court of law. I'don't recall any such activity. How many times has this alleged association with illegal money been confirmed. Its amazing how small minds grasp at unsubstantiated stories to make their lives seem better than the people they dislike.
