Anytime a governmental 'partnership' has to incentivize companies to engage in business, it wasn't a business to begin with.
Before I even opened this article up, I KNEW this would be an appeal for 'solar pannels','coalitions' and 'recycling' and someting for dropout kids.%100 right, as usual. But that clown who claimed the reason that North Dakota has only 2.3% unemployment is because of it's clean water? I was aghast that such pathetic foolharty pap passes the 'smirk test' even amongst his collegues. The Grant Co. Beat should've eased this mud-slide right into the toilet rather than print it. |

Or, in the words of my hero who would've been 100 years old today,
"If you put the federal government in charge of the Sahara Desert, in five years there will be a shortage of sand." -Milton Friedman |
