The number in the paper when called said it was ''not a working number.'' The state said they would contact each person and that was well over two weeks ago. There are 600 people who use the escrow comapny and are not able to have access to their payments or accounts.
To have shut down the entire thing over an allegation is not smart. If your banker were under investigation would the state shut down the entire bank and not allow people to write checks or make payments?
The State continues to adhire to ''operation stupid'' in this case.
Why not put someone in the office who the State can trust to take payments and issue payments while this is under investigation?
