This benevolent-sounding outfit are nothing but a bunch of money-grubbing grifters.
When you call them they respond by saying, "Well.....yes, we do have grant money, but how old and what size is your pet?"
So when you tell them, size and age they respond, "Well, see our grant only allows us to spay old dogs who are small."
Then have your spouse call them and give them the opposide information about her pet and they'll reply, "Well, see our grant only allows us to spay young dogs who are large." (!)
I know dang well they pocket the grant money they yet - the rotten scheisters.
