this was an accident and i feel srry for those who were near him and may he rest in peace. maybe he was a puerto rican but that doesnt matter its another life lost and we'll all miss him no matter wat....... although he should of been more careful. i believe theres no need to go 100mph on a bike in a neighborhood.
