They are crooks, every 3 weeks the roads dept puts small red flags along my front lawn to show electric wires in case they do road work, they already did the work 2 mths ago, I remove the flags and 3 weeks later they are back, but no new work is ever done, I guess they do it to compensate for the money they steal every month from the road funds!

You're missing the point.Stop being so defensive because your are a photographer. People in Deltona are upset because the commission is on some kind of mad spending spree and this is part of their attitude, spending without thought and saving money.It might seem a good price and may be but it is part of a bigger problem here in the city. They need to chnge how they look at things and show us they are being reponsible with our money . So next year if there are elections they won't be doing this again. If we're lucky some of them will be gone with the wind or hot air is more like it.
