Exquisitely bad poetry but I disagree. It's unlikely that there will be a federal depository for nuke waste anytime soon, so it will continue to pile up. I personally trust the NRC to make the technologically complex decisions on exactly where these above-ground hotspots should be. I know that it's unpopular to accept the NRC's word that "we're from the government and we're here to help you" any more than the other old saying of "the check is in the mail" (I won't say the third greatest lie). But ask yourself whether you want engineers or politicians making these decisions.

Do not suggest things to the NRC you do not fully understand. Nuclear power is the cleanest solution for energy right now.

Are the editors at this paper really this stupid? Only the YDR would be so critical of York Countys best employers? How did the saying go - "Don't bite the hand that feeds you?"

I already stopped buying the YDR in print, I guess I'll stop visiting the website too.

I hate to see all the trees cut down to print the YDR and wasted power that's used to run its web server.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Libra

Look after yourself today, dear Libra, because you don't have as much energy and self-confidence as usual. In fact, your spirits may be trailing around your ankles, making you feel wretched and listless. A pessimistic mood certainly won't help you cheer up, and you may be feeling overwhelmed by responsibilities or other people's problems. The fact is that you've got things out of proportion, but you'll feel better about them soon.
