Frankel is a two-bit punk lawyer who earns his living as a Criminal Defense Attorney. His job is to assist people in their efforts to break the law. Of course, he needs to do what the police wants to do it keeps the insanity and cycle of revenue flowing to his pocket. The halfway houses have been a maintain of the mental health care system for more than 30 years. Is he saying by focusing on regulation that these people are bad and need to go somewhere else? As far as Fladell, without his inherited money no one would ever talk with him. His money supports the "good ole boy" network.

It would be better to not arrest people so we didn't need criminal defense?
Oh, and yes, the illegal half-way houses need to either register properly, operate under the law or leave.

I think Adam Frankel wants the landords of halfway houses to be more accountable to the City of Delray.

Furthermore, US citizens have the right to due process under the Constitution.

I think people need to focus on a few facts here: After everything going on with Mary McCarty, we need to have someone who can focus more attention on the Commission. Ferrer can do that seeing as he has his own business. Not to mention, that he has not only lived in this community for 15 years he has given back to the community. He is the first one to put money back into the city. I don't know about anyone else, but I think we have had enough of people like Frankel controlling our city. I dont know about anyone else, but I think a lawyer should be a full time job!

We are a half way house in Az. We have 900 beds available for men and women. Good news is that you do not need to have money or insurance to come in. We accept people from all over the world. We started in 1992 and have spread all thru out Az and have a few places in Nevada as well. www.transitionalliving.org
