Police searching for driver in Delray Beach hit-and-run

Police are investigating a hit-and-run that killed a 50-year-old man Saturday night.

But then again, I would take manslaughter when they finally catch him over DUI manslaughter, which they can no longer prove once they have left the scene. :Leaving the scene of an accident with a fatality....maybe best they can do at this point. Still a loser driver with no regard for another human. that area is well lit, no way he didn'tknow he hit someone. May you never get another good nights sleep as long as you live. They will catch you....you left evidence of your vehicle behind. So get your stuff in order, you will be caught soon. All auto repair shops are waiting for you to come on in.

I personally know the person who hit this man. When I called the tip line to tell them who it was and what he was doing over there the chick on the other end had no clue what I was talking about. I had describe in detail about the accident. I told her it was Marc Adler and he was on his way to buy crack. This is a man that has endless money because of his mommy and gets away with everything he does. He has 2 kids that are so far gone its a shame and they are under the age of 13. They are sick in the head just like there father. I watched him one time cut coke on his counter and do whatever you do to make it smokeable and his kids where walking back and forth watching him and they acted like it normal. At that time I called the tips line on him advising them of what he was up too with the drugs and the kids and they did nothing. His ex-wife called DCF on him with regard to the kids and they did nothing. He is always drugged out of his mind, constantly pulled over and given tickets and never cares for his kids. And I am sure he will get away with also he was stupid enough to take his car to Lexus the next day after he hit the guy to get it fixed. And the cops let him go. He has given several stories all differant and no one cares there excuse is they cant place him at the scene. Well hello his car was at the scene who else would be driving it. Such a shame how many more people have to be hurt or killed by people like this before they do something about it.

i would suggest contacting the detective assigned to the case. He can be found by googling reports on this case. He would be more helpful than the tip line.

I did call the cops that they had posted on the site. I was always told they were either off or not in at that time. I night I did czall when the sargent in charge was working the cop on the phone said he would send a message to his phone to have him contact me but to no avail he never called me and that was at 3:30 in the morning. So either the cops dont care to speak to me who has information on the case or it will just sit unsolved like thousands of other cazsaes.

The guy didnt want to commit suicide he never seen what hit him. I know who did it. I tried to express to the cops and the tip line about it and of course my voice went unheard. I think this is aweful that this happened and it was all over Mark having to have his crack and couldnt get there fast enuff. You know what the fanily is more worried about right now is what will happen to the car are they going to get it back or are they going to have to still make monthly payments of 900.00 on a car the cops have in evidence. The Mazer family is sueing them of course and Mark's Allstate policy is trying to settle with the family. If I were the family I would would not accept 100k which is what Allstate wants to pay them they need to go all the way and make a statement about these drug addicts. Which MArk is. He moved to a secret location so no one could find him because of this because he knows he time will come when he will have to pay. Put to him his crack aned Xanax is more important. I am sure that the cops and DCF would love to hear that the his kids stay alone at night because Mark gets so messed up he cant get home to be there for them. So you have a 12 and a 13 fending for themselves because Mark is never there to feed them or put them in school or make sure they aare cared for in anyway possible. I hope he rots in hell for what he did not just by the Mazer family but his children or anyone else he has effected by this addition.

I can not believ that for three years I have tried to between the State of Florida Child Abuse Hotline, The West Palm Beach Police Department, even dealing with an incompetent Nassau County Judge Carnell T Foskey who was described as a tyrant making irrational decisions and is no longer a Judge to an incompetent Law Guardian Mona Glanzer who liked my husband so much to the point that she pushed for him to get custody. She is an 80 year old Law Guardian who probably has alzeimers and no one is smart enough to detect it. I would love to file a civil suit for all the pain and suffering I went through in my life.

I know what you are talking about I kn ow the whole story. Marc makes you said like a psyco women. I have tried to collect info to call DCF here regarding the kids because they went from one hell whole to another. Mitch is just as bad as Mark he just takes another form of drug and the kids see it everyday. I feel sorry for your children because they have no desire for anything in life except to play on the computer and watch TV they refuse to go to school and when they try to make them they tell Mitch if they make them go to school they are going to tell on him about his drug abuse they get to watch everyday. Our child system sucks here. I know the grandmother was approved to be with the children but not sure about Mitch. After Mark got arrested in Broward and the kids went to his moms house Mitch took all of Marks stuff worth money and sold so he would get money to buy drugs and get some cash to Dr. shop. And as long as the kids keep telling DCF they are ok they wont remove them because they are gettting their way there just as with when they were with Mark. I thing I can say to you fight as hard as you can for those kids and get them the hell out of where they are at. Everyday it gets worse in there life and they will grow up to do the same thing.

I will make the calls now that I know who is working the case. I personally know what is going on over there. But you need to make sure your kids tell childnet that when they ask them what is going on they tell them the truth not just say we are ok. Thats why childnet doesnt care. They need to show up when mitch is so high on somas, xanax pot and vodka oh and lets not forget the vicco's Pretty bad when someone considers themselves the soma king. With the amount he takes he should have been dead along time ago. He cant even say I wanna to the delivery person at the club. Thats about 8 at night when child net doesnt want to be bothered and wont visit them. They were supposed to make the kids go to school and I have yet to see that one happen they went a couple of days since they have been there. The grandmother has oldtimers and Mitch does whatever he wants and so do the kids. A 12-14 taking care of themselves thats just plain out sad.

The reasons your son and the mother believe that is because that is what Mark has told everyone. he even told me that you have serious mental issues that is why he was given custody of the kids. He had found a journal you had written in I guess when you guys where married and he gave it to me to read. To me it sounded as a typical abuse victim that is abused by their spouse and I told him that and he said no she made it all up. I did ask him why would she write that the dates where not together it sounded as they were different occasions. He really didnt have an answer for me on it. But I know he told everyone you have multiple personalities, suidiadal, and a few other major mental terms I cant remember but I had several conversations with a friend of mine that knew mark and I and we talked about it but he doesnt know because Mitch says the same things that Mark said. And not to mention your son maybe saying that to childnet becaue he lives the way he wants he doesnt want to leave and move into a home with structure. He hates school and sits on the computer all day. He may think if he lives with you, you may may make him do what he doesnt want to do. That is the problem with these kids they have gotten away with everything for so long that they may never change. On your daughters B-day Mark wanted to eat at a new restraunt that opened in Boca and she screamed and threw a temper tantrum until he agreed to eat at endys because she wanted chicken nuggets. The manager asked them to leave. You got to understand your kids have not had a normal life in the past 2 years they have seen everything and think that is what normal life is. I have heard stories that Mark confessed too that would blow your mind but how could he expect anything less when he does the same thing in front of them. They wanted a dog 1 time and Mark went out and bought this maltese that they wanted. They never walked it or talked to it or played with it. That pore thing sat in its cage 24/7. It would go to the bathroom in the cage and would get all over him I ready giving that dog a bath a few times because it was just pure nasty. If you get them be prepared for major therapy because they need it.

I really think that they need to go to a Foster home. Childnet is going to have them removed from the home next week. I pray for their safety.

If there is someone that can help me! I am looking for an attorney who can help me file a civil suit against Nassau County, specifically the Judge who gave my x custody of these children. I worked everyday to support this household. Unfortunately I was Mr. Mom. There was such an injustice done in my life and my children's lives. I bear this pain in my heart everyday.
