I know billy personally,where as he was a good guy,he did like to do recreational drugs(weed,pain pills,etc...never the real hard stuff though).
I feel his body should be examined to test for those substances just in case his mother "April" tries to take law suit against the driver.
I will miss billy as he would handle my lawn with such care in the summer,his mirth was endless like his heart.

i miss him so much. that shouldnt have been should of been him at all. nobody deserves that.
