Tusing family seeks answers 7 years after daughter's death

When she left to go to Jonesboro, I just had a terrible feeling. In my mind I remember thinking that I wanted her to stay because it was supposed to storm that night. She didn't like real bad storms Seven years have passed since Amanda Tusing was found dead in a ditch in northeast Arkansas. via FOX16.com

I still remember the day she was declared missing. Someone out there knows something. It has been seven years and that's long enough for her family to wait. Step up and call the authorities.

Ask the missippi county sherrifs office about why their head jailer is now somewhere else,I am told that he was also a family friend.
I was also told hair and something else was found in his car.It may not be anything,but then again it may be everything.
This came from some one who worked with him but sadly she is no longer with us.(Edna)was her name(stovall was his)

It has been seven years since Amanda was MURDERED. Her family has been through enough. Why dont you stupid fuckers stop with the RUMORS that you probably heard from some boared housewife or teenager, and let the family have a little peace. As far as the Mississippi County Sheriffs Head Jailer. He is no longer in this area because he was arrested for OTHER CHARGES. It had nothing to do with Amandas Murder, it was just that his arrest came shortley after her Tragic death and stupid people that go around spreading rumors think they know something and then start telling it. Her boyfriend was cleared of any wrong doing, The head jailer was accused and arrested on OTHER charges, and found NOT GUILTY of them. It may have been a cop, It could have been a serial killer, it could have been some drunk guy, it could have been the lady at the grocery store, it could have been anyone. There are only two people that know who it was that killed her. Amanda cant tell us, and the chickenshit that killed her hasnt confessed. Anyone with any real information needs to contact the craighead county sheriffs department, and pass it on. If your information is just bullshit rumors the please SHUT THE HELL UP

Yes things were said that "Stovall" did kill her, but noone really knows! He did get arrested for other charges not with the murder case! I understand that the family is tired of rumors...but if people stop talking about it (or rumors hear say)then it will be swept under the rug and forgotten! 1. for Amanda murder and being suspended off the county sherriff office and also being fired after all the evidence that pointed to him
2. Having sex with his underage adopted daughter and having charges drawed up on that as well.
I know this family very well they used to baby set my oldest child and their were things that my child was saying to me that didnt make sense now all this has surfaced it makes hell of alot of sense to me. Im sorry you have had alot of faith in him. Facts are facts, regardless of what part of the USA you work for. I read about the Amanda Tusing case as I was reading about the local nanny who was killed answering an ad. Perhaps Amanda's mother is right. Minnesota and western Wisconsin have had several incidents of a man impersonating a police officer. Three of these have been in the last month in Wabasha or Goodhue counties Mn. This is along the Mississippi River, in the S.E. corner of Minnesota, in isolated small towns. He pulls young people over, is dressed like an officer and even placed the flashing bars on top with a decal that said sheriff deputy for the respective county. Also, Wisconsin has had this happen the last couple of years, sometimes in the winter. Perhaps this guy moved north.

the dell policeman at the time of this murder, his last name is shirley. during his time as dell cop he was seen picking up prostitutes in the west end of blytheville. don't that seem strange for a policeman? i wonder if he could have stop her because he knew her from dell, tried to put the make on her. she got mad and told him she was going to tell someone, he started to panic and things got out of control. i wonder if any of the people working this case ever talked to this guy? just on the picking up of prostitutes would be enough to go after this guy don't you think?

Did Amanda ever babysit for the guy in question?
Was he afraid she knew something about him and would possibly testify against him in court?
What connection, if any, did she have with this guy?

It's so sad that after all these years, we don't know who did this. Rest In Peace, Mandy. I think of you all the time. God will make him pay for what he did to you and your family.
