Worried bout our kids

Did ya'll here about the dog that drowned in the pool on Wilson street in Dell? Someone has an inground pool without a fence around it and a dog wondered into the yard and fell in. It was too steep and the dog was too old and weak to climb out on it's own. So sad, but what is it going to take for the law to do something about this pool? Is it going to take one of our kids drowning next b4 they do something? What do ya'll think?

The dog should not have been out wondering around!!! There is a LAW for that!!! Whose pool?
