GIVE IT UP LAKE DELHI!! your assoc. should be worried about FLOOD CONTROL instead of PROPERTY VALUES and the fun you have in the summer. your dam DID NOT CONTROLL FLOODS--it was for pleasure ONLY. THE STATE OF IOWA has a lot better ways of spending their money than rebuilding a lake. there is quite a few dams in iowa that is HIGH RISK and needs fixing before you get a lake.
