good job, gilbert police, it,s about time the s.o.b. got what he deserved. he treats most of his patient't like dogs....what goes around, comes around. he's nothing but a quack anyway. if you have money ,you can get (100.00) , he willl write , lortabs, and zanax's. he claims to run a diet clinic, but he is just in it for the money. i hope he is out of business.

he most likely has a legit answer for this. the people who don't like him are the ones he cut off from medicines they didn't need. he won't write for people who are going all over the place getting medicine and he caught several people by doing kaspers.

Who cares what kind of car it is he is the one of the reasons all of our young people are in the shape they are in. I hope they lock that S.O.B. up and throw the key away. There would be alot of unhappy people. I HATE HIM I HOPE HE DIES AND GOES STRAIGHT TO HELL

im glad as well, my ex-husband went there every morning for a pain shot, and also prescribed other drugs. He is an addict but he didnt care, i told he several times to stop giving them to him but he still did. he had 2 accidents after leaving there. nothing was ever done about that. I blam him for our divorce, really, he would get high and it always ended up in a fight. He went to jail several times, that didnt help either. but its true, dr. brian only cares about his money and not the lives that HE has helped destroy. I hope he rots in jail and finds a big bubba to take care of him everynite. that still wouldnt be good enough for me, but it would be a start. and to the one defending him must be other pill heads hating to loose another pill doctor, i hope they take out the rest.

First, The trash bags were not FULL of pills. Second, There was not 13,000 in cash. The newspaper itself reads "Cash and Checks". Most smart people would think nothing of having that much money if the person was a doctor or owns a business and has several offices in which he has a diet clinic and has to transport the diet medication someway. The money was most likely the weeks deposit from every office. The majority of people who think this was illegal obviously arent thinking and dont know any better. Most of the patients who visit his office for the diet clinics look forward to weight that they will lose being on the plan. Most the people who go to his office for pain are hard working men and women who are in pain. Do you want them to quit their jobs and stay home because they cant handle the pain or would you like them to have something to take for it that they did not buy off the street so they can do their jobs and pay their bills and taxes just like most other people.

actually it also said that the trash bags were full of adipex that were FULL of the pills!! Second, the DR should NEVER have the pills in his possession...he WRITES the script and the PHARMACY is the people that give out the pills!!! and if the pills were legit they would not be in trash bags, they'd be in boxes/RX containers...THIRD even if someone like Britany Spears had $13000 during a traffic stop, that would be news b/c normally people do not carry that much money around even if they own business (and if it was the deposits wouldn't they have been in a bank bag)...

The pills are in bottles and he does not write me a script out for the diet meds. I get them after weighing in and going through a program just like everyone else. The money and checks were also where they should be. In a bank deposit bag. Dont you think the paper would be saying all kinds of crap about a pill pushing doctor and everything being confiscated. No they didn't because even they know he wasn't doing anything illegal. Of course there will be an investigation. The police would have to investigate just to be sure he was doing nothing illegal. If it was really that bad and he was doing something illegal dont you think every office he has would be closed down. I think so. But they are open.

Amen (out of state.)And to you concerned apparently you didn't know that ADIPEX is a controlled substance (THAT MEAN ITS ADDICTING ) something else for our young people to start on and i would not work with someone high on PAIN PILLS.

Of course its controlled. Thats why I cant get them over the counter. Thanks to Dr. McDevitt I have lost over one hundred pounds. It has taken over a year because I choose to take them as prescribed. One a day. Some people take two a day and others abuse them by taking even more. Just because something is addicting does not mean that everyone who takes it becomes addicted. Same thing with pain pills. Just because someone takes them does not mean they become addicted and that person will not be high if they take just one as prescribed. Our young people have to be adults and mature enough to know what will happen if they use pain medications for recreational purposes. Check around, Dr. McDevitt writes out the minimum. I have heard of lots of people who did not get what they WANTED and those people did not go back to him. Some drove to williamson to the wellness center over there where office visits are twice as expensive but over there the doctors write out what the person wants. Every patient who goes there gets anywhere from 90 to 180 pain pills. They dont require medical records like Dr. McDevitt. They will give it to anybody including young people.

if he was'nt doing anything wrong then he wouldnt have went to jail! he is a pill pusher, thats a fact! I've seen people lined up to the parking lot at varney, before the doors were even open. just to get their lil fix for the day. I know what the h*ll im talking about, cause i had to deal with it for way to long. some people do need pain meds. im not saying anything bout that but when you know someone is addicted, then cut them OFF, and im not saying anything about diet pills, i know some people need help to loose weight, I myself do, but i do not abuse them, there is a right way and a wrong way to take meds. more then prescribed is abuse. and i thought med where delivered to offices. if you realy have something wrong with ya, shouldnt have a problem getting another dr. i wish they would put him under the jail.

He did do something wrong. I thought he ran a stop sign and about smashed into somebody. Thats wreckless driving. I'm sure he acted like he was somebody and thought he could get smart with that cop like everyone else. Looks like the cop got smart back. This just got all out of hand. He has to run those offices and we all know magic dont exist. I agree that anyone who is addicted needs CUT OFF. Sometimes it takes a while to see who is addicted though. If they dont act like their addicted how does one know? I've got a sister who is and she didnt act like it to other people. Kept it well hid from family members but she tried calling his office constantly saying that someone broke into her house and then it was her car and then she tried to say her boyfriend took it so her knew then that she was having a problem. He cut her off. She runs from house to house now and tried to get into justice a while back but now its out in the open and she cant hide it anymore. I'd like to thank him.

I'm not dissing Adipex b/c i have taken it too, but b/c it is a controlled substance it's in a prescription form. How they were giving it to you at the facility i have no clue, b/c a PHARMACY should be the only one's dispensing unless he also has a pharmacist license...but wreckless driving isn't going to send him to jail unless he was high and it didn't say that...and how do u know the money was in the bank bag? The article i read sure didn't say that...he was sent to jail b/c he had 3 bags of a controlled substance and THAT is not allowed...and his offices wouldn't be shut down YET, look how long it took them to shut down Justice? the paper said this was the BEGINNING of the investigation...more will be coming of this i'm sure

They give it to everyone at the facility. Probably orders it in bulk, who knows. I go there too. But there are doctors in teays valley and in south point who do the same thing. And wreckless driving will get you sent to jail if you have an asshole attitude to go with it. And that is something he has in abundance.

I am so sick of hearing all of the bitching and whining about the Wellness Center because it seems to me that if you knew so much then 1st you would know it is not The Wellness Center anymore..2nd you would know that you must be over 25 years of age to be a patient..you also must have a KASPER ran to see what other doctors you have seen as well as several will have UDS screening done to see what is in your system...you would also know that the girls there DO SEND FOR ALL of you medical records...as well as it seems to be that it would be illegal to carry Adipex to distribute to your patiens, that is what prescriptions are for...the girls that work at Dr. Ryckman's office put up with alot of crap from idiots who know nothing about the place..if you don't like them then keep your ass up your little hollar...that is one less idiot that they will have to deal with....
