I think it started in 1969; the gestapo tactics of our law enforcement drove the people indoors. I remember the jail was full of kids every weekend. The charge was loitering, and then changed to curfew violations or some other trumped up charge.
I couldn't believe how the city had changed and became so hostile toward it's citizens. It was like watching a dog bite it's tail. |
