What a very very sad Mother's day...I wonder if the pick up was damaged... surely he must have heard all the noise if nothing else!!

The first thing that pops into my mind is ALCOHOL! The driver of the pickup is probably trying to sober up so that when they catch him, he won't fail the sobriety test. This is becoming far too common these days. This is so sad for all the innocent people involved.

He had to I agree, you know unless he didn't use his mirrors and had his music on too loud. I hope he comes forward or they can find him in someway. I hope all the remaining injured get a fast recovery and am sending prayers.

Horribly sad! I can't imagine what these families must be going through and I pray that they are able to fine some sort of peace in the months that lie ahead of them.

I hope the person in the truck lives a life of tourment.

I agree that is was probably Alcohol but the sad thing is when they catch him he will be sober and his sentencing wont be as harsh. Not that any amount of punishment to that person will bring back Amy and Kyler.

WTF!! I hope your conscience eats you alive. What a coward to just leave something you caused. If you are that deaf or that blind not to have seen or heard something so tragic...STAY OFF THE ROAD before you kill someone else!!

To the families, that has been vicitmized, sorry for your loss.

Amy and Kyler, you guys are missed so much by so many people. Everyone is praying for the family. You have such a great and amazing family and they will get thru this but it's so hard. I hate to see them hurting like this. You take care of Kyler up there and I know Brent will do amazing with the other kids down here.
Love you all,
Tosha and Kaden

Unless his pick up was damaged....he wouldn't have been involved in the accident... just the cause of it... so how does the law look at it...??? and if he didn't see or hear anything... how could he be totally at fault... wow this is a gray area to me

Maybe they don't need to release a description of the truck because the authorities already have the license number on it. Could be they are just waiting for the driver to show up.

This is horriable.....people need to get in less of a hurry and think before they try to pass others. Bless the families of the victims.

It is a gray area but I hope the law takes the report from the passanger that named the alleged driver. The family is trying to figure out how they can get through this. Amy and Kyler will definately be missed horribly. Thank everyone for the prayers!

We know the Blagg family and my husband is friends with one of the sons. This is devastating to all of us. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Blaggs and with the people who were hurt in the other vehicle. Please pray for this family in their time of need.

That Mother could not let her son leave alone. She loved him so much she had to go with him. May they walk forever in the light of God

This is such a sad story. There are so many wreckless drivers on the road it is crazy. I travel 33 daily and there is never a week goes by that someone doesn't try to pass unsafely. Why is it that the people that causes the accidents almost always live? Prayers for the family.

God help these familys. I sure hope they catch the dirt bags that didn't have the guts or decency to stop.
