that is just sad. now, if it is YOUR teen (not 13, more like 17 and up) and you make a choice to let them drink at home rather than some party where they could be hurt, raped ect, than maybe but to allow other peoples kids to drink, to have a party of drunk kids, that is wrong on so many levels. and of course these kind of parents say things like " they are going to do it anyways" really? why? who said they have to drink just because they are teens?

I think it is sad when parents think they can make the decision to give someone elses child alcohol. I hated parents like these when I was trying to raise a teenager. Fine the crap out of them and make them do weekends in jail for each kid in attendance.

It is perfectly legal to serve alcohol to your own children but not to others' children.

How many of these "do-gooders" were drinking themselves at the ages of 18 or 19? In fact, it wasn't "against the law" not so very long ago. At the same time, was there room at this home for 48-50 young people to spend the night? Supplying alcohol and letting these kids get on the road afterwards would be the big problem I see here.

Unfortunately, about 2 1/2 yrs. ago an Olentangy HS grad died at a friend's house (before they all went off to college) from alcohol poisoning.
His friends thought he had just passed out and tried to wake him up to no avail. They called 911 and the EMTs couldn't revive him. To this day, the boy's father goes around to the local high schools to talk about the dangers of teen drinking (usually around prom-time, but he speaks all through the year.)

This is second time these white trash have been busted for this or complaints have been filed. Make it 1 count for each undergae drinker in the hosue and give them a year in prison for each. By the time they get out every "kid" there will be well into their 40's.

cannot judge without more info. but in general, I applaud parents who provide a safe and responsible atmoshere for teens to party a bit. my kids have so many more restrictions than I had as a teen that I feel sorry for them. freedom should be all or nothing.

I TO THINK IT IS CARZY TO LET THE 18 YEAR DIE FOR THERE COUNTRY BUT NOT LET THEM DRINK ,WHY HAVE IT SPILT YOUR A BABY CANT DRINK BUT ON THE OTHER HAND YOU WORK AT 16 AND PAY TAXES YOU CAN DIE FOR THE COUNTRY SO AT 18 LETS TREAT THEM AS ADULTS SO THERE LOTS THAT NEED TO BE REVIEWED AND HAVING PARTY AT A HOME IS BETTER THEN THEM DRIVING WITH SOME OLDER BROTHER BUYING IT FOR THEM THEN KILLING A FAMILY ON THE ROAD KEEP THEM IN HOUSE LOCK DOWN

Yes, god forbid kids actually have fun. It's time to change the puritanical laws of this country and let people under 21 enjoy a little booze.

Its sad how the Cops haven't busted 10-15 of these parties during the holiday season or in general. They're held all the time, neighbors are just too stupid to even recognize 20-30-40 people walking in and out of a house or having a street completely filled of cars owned and driven by teenagers. Look at a couple streets over from the party house, you will see this for a cover up. Come Prom time during the months of April/May this will be a huge problem because in todays world, alcohol is simply a fake id or an extra $10 away from having another person get it for underage teenagers
