Fire Station & Dollar $tore

Some questions that maybe someone could answer: Did the property sit vacant because there was no access previously? Is tax money being used to provide the pavement changes and are the changes being made for the fire station or for the dollar $tore? Who is making money off of this deal? It appears to be business as usual in Delaware similar to the city garage at the old Union Fork and Hoe site. The city purchased that property the same day the person that sold it to them bought it, he got 1/2 the property and 50K to boot and also a nice paved 2 lane street with plenty of road frontage for the property.Gee, why would you pay 18K plus for lighting tennis courts in a park that is open form dawn to dusk?? Tom Homan loves his tennis!
