I'm not surpised. Those trucks fly down that road and always cross center. It happened on the curve by Country Gatherings.

We live right there, and you're right that people just fly around the curves. My husband calls the cement truck drivers "assasins" because they are the worst offenders right there, and woe to an oncoming vehicle. From one of the news stories, it said the driver of the SUV crossed the center, not the cement truck.

man i agree with you 203 driver. those guys fly in those big trucks down 203. about 6 years ago one of those cement trucks killed a 20 year old boy at the intersection of st.rt. 203 and 37 and county line road. in deleware. when i pass one of those trucks they look like they just got out of prison. i think the state highway patrol needs to look into those drivers. i think the company name is hensels trucking out of prospect ohio.

It's called a concrete truck, not a cement mixer.

I think the picture shows what is left of the car after the truck ran over it. What is left of the car is most definitely on the wrong side of the road.

One thing about these concrete truck wrecks, after time goes by it gets harder and harder to figure out who's at fault

Would seem we are jumping to conclusions based on insufficient information.

Those trucks DO race the roads.

SUV drivers often DO swing wide on the curves.

Reports rush to be the first to publish NEWS...

The FACT is that someone was hurt and needs some positive thoughts. Further... our emergency services have once again come through for someone in need... not matter who is at fault.

How does one SUV go east and one truck go north?

I am surprised more people are not killed on the rural routes that have heavy traffic. The open road usually means the entire road for some drivers.

Well I would just like to say when you dont know what happens you should keep your comments to yourself...because from eye witness point of view it was not the cement drivers fault at all.

Yea cars cut off big trucks all the time and they can not stop like a car.People should understand that they are caring 60,000 or more at anytime. So dont be a moron and cut them off or you just may end your life. This coming from a concrete drive we see this all the time cars cut us off like it dont matter,we can not stop like you can.And on a side note we try to take the ditch instead of hitting anyone why are we always to blame.

How terribly sorry I am to hear that not only for the young man's family but for the cement driver as well he has to live with this the rest of his life. But again to the family of the young man my heart aches for you.To his mom I especially feel for you as I personally know the heart ache you will have the rest of your life. I lost a son in an auto accident and it seems just like yesterday and oh how I still miss him and cry for him. A mom is always a mom so just know I will pray for you and I will weep with you. and you will be in my heart at this horrific time

It goes both ways, I had a cement truck pull right out in front of me at 315 and 23 and when when you're stuck in am rush traffic, you can't stop on a dime either. PLus, it looked like the guy was mad because we were going into the median and ditches to keep him hitting him (and each other) and he didn't like that.

I think everyone, small and large vehicle, need to be aware of each other.

I'd like the memory of me to be a happy one. I'd like to leave an afterglow of smiles when day is done. I'd like to leave an echo...whispering softly down the ways, of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days. I'd like the tears of those who grieve to dry before the sun of happy memories that I leave behind when day is done. "Listen for my echo"
