Comcast Terminates employee after suffering a Traumatic brain injury at work.
I believe Comcast’s dismissal of this man in Colorado constitutes unlawful discrimination against a physically handicapped employee injured while at work. No question Comcast’s CEO Brian Roberts has bitten the hand that feeds him. Not with a nip, mind you, but a full-throttle chomp. This type of discrimination should stir national debate, worker’s injured on the job should not only have excellent care but the support of there Company. In talking with Comcast Headquartered in Philadelphia there management teams show Willful blindness, intentionally putting themselves in a position to be unaware of facts or criminal acts. Brain Roberts is the CEO and is responsible for his management teams actions or lack of actions.
My indictment of Comcast or Brian Roberts may be overwrought. But now that Comcast is not paying this man’s medical expenses and finding there only intent was to save money is disheartening. Its now up to us to pay for his care. Brian Roberts made $40.8 million last year, Comcast is now threatening to raise there rates? How high are they going Infinity?
