Jeff's Jam is a positive family event for the community - children are not harmed when they see adults responsibly enjoying an adult beverage - use the situation to teach them that things in moderation are acceptable - not everyone who enjoys a beer is an alcoholic.

For this to have gotten so out of proportion is ridiculous - if you got a petition together for people supporting having the beer garden, it would be a lot more than 1,400 signatures.

Focus on the positive this does - the scholarships, and music program support that our schools desparately need.
