I have known Tim since he was janitor at my middle school back in the mid 80's. He is a wonderful man who probably takes better care of his horse than himself at times, that's just how he is. Betty, Tim's horse took sick last summer. Many of the community members banded together to help Tim get his horse the vet care she needed, as far as transportation to vet, etc. Tim was very appreciative, but as we look at it, it's the least this town could do for Tim. I'm sure you won't find a single soul in Kilbourne who doesn't think the world of Tim, and won't hear any ill words spoke of him either.
