The COWARDS who attacked and beat the biker in question need to be brought to justice. Behavior such as this cannot be tolerated and must be met with a measured response. The biker community consisting of other MC's, independent riders and others need to stand together and reject this type of behavior. IF we don't respond with one voice, we all stand to be painted with the same brush.

Same thing happened to me at VietNam Vets Reunion in Melbourne 1 1/2 years ago. Same bunch
In front of VietNam Memorial Traveling Wall after Escort Ride
Same MO. We were much smaller Vets Riding Club
I was jumped by 6-8 of these thugs
Beat hell out of me and ripped off my riding vest along with money and other personal items
Cops and others did nothing even though incident was reported to Melbourne PD and other agencies
I am a 2 tour VietNam Vet-Combat
When are these wannabes gonna be held responsible?

DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY OUT OF THE WHOLE CLUB OF VETERANS, NOBODY HAD A GUN? YOU DON'T NEED A MACHINE GUN , JUST SHOOT THE BIGGEST 2 AND PROBLEM SOLVED.SURE WE DIDN'T HERE THE WHOLE STORY , NEVER DO , BUT AT THE SAME TIME THESE 100 OR SO PEOPLE DON'T REPRESENT EVERY MOTORCYCLE RIDER. AND EVERY GUN OWNER ISN'T A STREET THUG, BUT I DO BELIEVE IF YOU LAY WITH DOGS-YOU WAKE UP WITH FLEAS.SHORT VERSION , VETERANS FLAG STOLEN AND THEY QUIT.

Nothing is lower then a wannabe veterans group (VNV/Legacy) attacking another veterans group on Veterans DAY. They also riped the American Flag in half.

I sure as hell don't want my kids growing up to be bikers or being exposed to that culture. All that belligerent patriotic garb, talking about freedom, strength, honor, and other equally silly platitudes. These people are fascists. Period.

...Sheriff's deputies stopped the departing bike gang, and took Ids. There has now been plenty of time to sort it all out, who did what and why...
...That is:If a proper investigation was conducted. Was it? Perhaps the Sentinel could check on that for us avid readers...
...Meanwhile, some of these vets riding in biker packs (for various reasons) have become totally stuffed with themselves. There are more than 26-million of us in this country, and you SuperVets are no better than the rest of US. Shatcan the phony-baloney Captain America crap, and act your ages. You're pizzing on the solid guys, but dumping the heavier brown stuff on yourselves...

guys think that buying a motorcycle and a vest , makes you a biker......it DOESN'T !!!! Then they think a club patch makes them a badass......it DOESN'T ! If you weren't a badass before the patch, you won't be after putting it on either. Remember, life is full of choices....choose carefully!

This is directed to all you people that have bad things to say about vet motorcycle clubs, until you have been there, keep your mouths shut. As for all you non-vets, you have no idea of what we are about, so you need also to keep your mouths shut. As for this group that jumped the Prez and wooped up on him, you are the lowest form of biker trash. And the fact that you disgraced YOUR flag by ripping it in half, you are truly garbage. If you think you are so big and bad, you name the time and place, and I will be there and we will find out how bad you are. I am a proud Viet-Nam vet that would do it all over again. Now, that being said, the ball is in your court. What are you going to do now poser?

There is a club here in Orlando that is also a bunch of backstabbers. Their clubhouse is located in Bithlo. Any idea as to who these guys are? I know first hand what they are like.

People, how retarded are you? You have a member of the WBMC saying that VNV ripped up the American flag? I didn't see that in the article and don't believe that for one minute. I've been to VNV/LG's events and they are the most patriotic folks I know. They have more highly decorated Vets than any Vet club I have met. They are the real deal NOT posers. They are the oldest Vets club that I Know of and have been fighting for Vets rights when most of these clubs were still pooping yellow. They are the ones who usually roll first to defend our Vets against protesters and such. I'm sure WBMC showed some disrespect with this to happen. I can't see the VNV doing it for any other reason.

VETS? More lost respect for them! VNVMC likes to make claims of how they went to battle for our rights so we should respect them. They just violated the rights of American citizens. My back is to those POSERS and 1% wannabes. They bring the disrespect on themselves.

Really, I didn't know. 57 brothers from my club gather together to go for a night ride. What can I say?
