I knew Randall but as Randy though didn't have a chance to know his wife but I am sadden by the loss of my friend and his wife. It is a tragedy in what happened and people like Mr.Hopkins should pay for their mistakes in which had he gotten proper help and knew enough in which I believe he did should have not been behind the wheel of his truck because now we morn the loss of two people who didn't not need to die. Because of this person they are not with us any longer and Mr.Hopkins you are too blame and I hope that he gets jail time beyond belief for he has done and someone like him is alive and our friends are not.Florida needs to reinstate also wearing helmets and proper gear for motorcycles with also being said drinking and driving do not mix and Mr.Hopkins is prime example of this on not what to do so with that being said law enforcement and laws should be harder on such individuals as this man.I feel he should see the end result of his choice that he made that day and look at the damage he has caused with the pain and suffering of their loved ones the many faces who knew and loved them,to listen as they speak out and say why? Well Mr.Hopkins you are why and how you took them that makes you selfish among being very careless and stupid and you sir are not the kind of person who deserves understanding in my book! As for my friend Randall and his wife Laura you will be missed remembering you always and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your loved ones and now you walk among the angels....
