The tenants complained about repairs because they don't want to be evicted. No other reason. You can't tell a landlord that you refuse, to pay your rent, when your landlord is your drug supplier. The money wasn't going to be spent on repairs, it was going to be spent on their drug habit. Find a religous freak junky to lie to the news journal, because the news journal even know how to write a story. Then victimize the whole situation by throwing god into the mix. Chitwood sent code enforcement to this park 2 years ago. An idiot locked himself inside the trailer" to protest his violation of rights. The need a rehab mental facility.
