I just bought this flippen big house on der lake. I can't afford to pay 24,000 bucks for some yanking dredge work. - Rich.

Put a bid on a home thats been forclosed on, glad we didn't get it. The People selling homes on the Lake should be responsible for disclosing this issue and the possible large expense that will be incurred around the bend. Caution to all of you opening yourselves up for a possible law suit.
