they're good but alyssa cordero is rly good but the best that i know is linda ceballos from jay's; homegirl right there, i love how she does my braids

jc penny sux, i went there to get a hair cut and they chopped it, i was pissed. i had to go somewere else to get it fixed,,

The best hairstylist in Del Rio is Janie at JCP! She listens & actually cares for what her clients want! I garuntee you won't regret going to her :D

Well I would loved to have tried them, but I waited for 10 mins with no acknowledgment that I was there. Poor customer service that day!!

I do have one complaint, I went with my gf to get her hair layered and while Anita was doing it and taking her time making sure her work was good, a girl showed up 30 minutes late for her appointment with Anita so the main girl there (blonde and black hair with glasses) starts hurrying Anita up cuz the girl that was late was complaining that she had to hurry to get back to work. How the hell was that our fault. Needless to say my gf's haircut was not done right but I put the blame on the main girl and the late appointment. Piss poor managing skills on the blonde girls part.

Bea does do a good job and I think shes super nice but Janies the best at jcp no doubt about it :)
